United Plumbing and Heating won the bid to finish the basement of our character home. They relocated our home’s furnace and ductwork, our laundry room and installed a full bathroom. The hot water tank, furnace, existing plumbing and waste lines were also replaced.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with United Plumbing on our Coquitlam home on two separate occasions, both for plumbing repair and furnace replacement.

The first job with United involved repair of our hot water tank. Although we thought there was a major plumbing repair required, it turned out to be a very inexpensive repair that took very little time. We were happy that United could arrive and solve the problem on the day we called.

Our second job with United was the replacement of an older furnace. United replaced our furnace with a high efficiency model, even working around some design issues with our home. The new American Standard furnace works like a charm and the house is much more evenly heated overall. Both Mike and Matt made the furnace replacement a breeze and we were happy to have them in our house. We couldn’t be more pleased and we would recommend United Plumbing and Heating to any of our friends and family.
