  United Plumbing and Heating services all makes and models of furnaces.

  We encourage you to call for a free estimate. However, the following estimations are close (±15%). All prices include installation and removal of the old furnace.

  92% high-efficient 1 stage furnace with a PCS blower. The approximate cost would be $4050.00

  95% high-efficient 2 stage furnace with a variable speed blower. The approximate cost would be $4600.00

• Hot Water Tanks

  The brands we carry are Bradfordwhite, John Wood, and Rheem.

  The prices quoted include full installation and the old tank taken away. Prices are based on a basic installation.

  40 us gallon electric (8 year warranty) installed for $750.00+ Inspection Fee + GST

  40 us gallon gas (8 year warranty) installed for $895.00+ Inspection Fee + GST

  50 us gallon gas (8-year warranty) installed for $1,195.00 + Inspection Fee + GST

  Extended 10 year warranties are available for an additional $145.00 + GST
